Third Party Risk Analyst

Job Description:

The role of the Third-Party Risk Analyst is to perform the activities necessary to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor the risks relating to the third-party organizations with whom Evolve partners.

Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assist with the development of business plans for proposed or prospective third-parties
Perform risk assessments of prospective and existing third-parties.
Perform reviews of third-party contracts to ensure the inclusion of all applicable and necessary terms and conditions.
Coordinate initial and ongoing due diligence procedures relating to the collection and review of requested documentation, as follows:Monitor and record the collection of third-party documentation.
Distribute such documentation to the applicable members of management responsible for review.
Coordinate with management to ensure the timely review of third-party documentation, and monitor such status.
Maintain records of all reviews and their results.
Record deficiencies noted as a result of document reviews, and track to resolution.
Prepare periodic status reports.
Assist with the necessary tasks relating to the termination of third-party relationships.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study.
Two or more years of experience in business administration roles (third-party risk management, auditing, or compliance-related experience a plus).
Banking or financial industry experience preferred.
Key Competencies:

Skilled in use of MS Office suite, and ability to easily adapt to and utilize new technologies.
Foundational data analysis skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Sound independent judgement.
