Dishwasher/Production Support/Stocker

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, able to work at least 20-30 hours per week, lift up to 80 pounds, have reliable transportation and provide references.
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to learn to use them properly
Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including cold to very warm temperatures in the kitchen and storage coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a safe and sanitized area for our staff and guests
They are responsible for washing and sanitizing all plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
Operates an industrial dishwasher: keep the dish-room clean and organized
Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the facility.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions
Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment
Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in proper areas
Empty and clean all trash receptacles, breakdown boxes, etc.
Provide help to cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep and production assembly as directed.
Stock deliveries including food and supplies
Perform side work, stocking – food deliveries and restaurant supplies
