A Celery Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a high-end shopping experience, building relationships with clients, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. Here’s an overview of the role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a personalized approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, products, and industry trends.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is always presentable.
- Process transactions accurately and handle high-value purchases with discretion.
- Handle after-sales services, including follow-ups and resolving customer concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall boutique experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service.
- Preferably social media knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Available to work 11am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday
