Bridal Registry Coordinator

We are investing heavily in our bridal business and have more than we can handle right now! We’re looking for a highly detailed person to manage a bride’s registry from start to finish. Typical duties will include…

-Field calls and email inquiries from prospective registrants
-Schedule and prepare for registry appointments, maintaining the master bridal calendar
-Enter and maintaining bridal registries online
-Work closely with marketing and web teams to ensure all items on registries are photographed and online for sale
-Ensure that registrants have a unique and enjoyable experience from start to finish
-Schedule, prepare and complete registry close-out appointments
-Communicate with brides if an issues arises with their registry
-Analyze popular bridal items and communicate with inventory team to ensure the right items are in stock for purchase on registries
-Assist customers and sales team with bridal registry transactions in-store
-Brainstorm with ownership and leadership team on new marketing efforts
