Associate Director of ReStore – Shared Services

Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Starting Salary: $70,000

Position Purpose: The Associate Director of  Restore Services primarily oversees the team and initiatives that support Memphis ReStore volunteers, logistics, donor services, and marketing efforts. These shared services among the Memphis ReStore promote the Habitat for Humanity brand and mission to our customers, volunteers and donors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and oversee all ReStore strategic efforts focusing on customer and donor solicitation and cultivation
Motivate and lead all ReStore Services team members
Coordinate and plan all ReStore special events including: grand opening, speciality sales events, volunteer celebrations, etc
Collaborate with the Habitat Development team in volunteer recruitment and retention efforts to ensure all ReStore volunteers are receiving the best possible experience onsite
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Graphic Designer to create and manage ReStore marketing to increase ReStore donors, customers, and volunteers
Oversee and support the ReStore Logistics and Donations team
Research and advise VP of Retail Operations in purchased product strategy
Manage purchased product flow to ensure stores have a variety of products in support of their sales teams
Evaluate and measure success of each campaign or service to provide feedback to the VP of Retail.
Support Associate Director of ReStore Operations with store presence and collaboration when needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience

3+ years of management experience
3+ years of communications and/or marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Experience in facilitating staff and/or volunteer training and meetings.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a retail and warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh up to 50 pounds with help. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full time position. A standard work week is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday and evening work may be required as job duties demand.
