“Due to the architecture and size of the previously built 1928 Orpheum,” said Kristin Bennett, Press Relations Manager for the Orpheum Theatre Group, “A new and more equipped space for advancement and entertainment was needed to meet the growing demands of the theatre.”

This month, workshops will kick off with a musical theatre dance class on Saturday, October 29th from 9-11:30 AM for students in grades 7-12. Led by Ballet Memphis company member James Vessell, students of all levels of experience are invited to spend a fun-filled morning learning musical theatre dance technique and a combination from a Broadway musical. Tuition for this class is $20.
