Every year after competing for the best deals on black Friday and cyber Monday, we come together and kick off the holiday gift-giving season with #GivingTuesday. This year on Tuesday, November 28th, Revolutions Bicycle Co-Op is focusing their #GivingTuesday campaign on providing teens in South Memphis with a viable means of transportation instead of applying the funds to their own nonprofit. With a $300 donation, you can provide transportation to and from school, work, and after-school activities for a local teenager.
Revolutions Bicycle Co-Op is a Memphis nonprofit aimed to build an inclusive community by getting people on bicycles. They believe that, by making bicycling a desirable transportation option, we create a healthier, more connected and livable community. Through this campaign, you can help provide the necessary tools to the teenagers who are a part of the Big Jump Teen Ambassadors Program. A $300 donation will provide each teenager with a bicycle, helmet, lights and a heavy-duty lock. You can empower local teens by donating on the Revolutions Bicycle Co-Op website or Facebook page.

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving that encourages communities to celebrate generosity worldwide. We’re encouraging people to think about how they can participate locally through the Grit. Grind. Give. Campaign.
