Now independently owned and woman-led, Farm Burger is entering a bold new chapter under Sabine Langer and Hayley Garrison, bringing local flair, community, and creativity to the Crosstown Concourse.
For Sabine, a self-described “accidental restaurateur” and vegan, stepping into ownership was about ensuring Farm Burger remained part of the Crosstown and Memphis community.
“It’s a little difficult being a woman in the restaurant industry. But in Memphis, it feels possible. The support here is unmatched.”
