The kids are out for Fall Break and you’re looking for ways to enjoy Memphis right? Check out these Fall Break Camps and family-friendly events around town.

  • See the animals at ZooCamp – Oct. 8th to 12th – 9am to 3pm
    • While exploring the Zoo and participating in fun games, crafts, and interactive experiments, fall break campers will learn how special the endangered animals are and what they can do to help save these important animals from extinction. Grades: JK-6th.
    • Cost per Day: $40/members; $50/non-members
    • Cost per Week: $170/members; $199/nonmembers
    • Aftercare Cost per Day (3-6pm): $20/members; $25/non-members
    • Aftercare Cost per Week (3-6pm): $85/members; $99/nonmembers
  • City of Bartlett Camp
    • Singleton Community Center (7266 3rd Rd, Bartlett, TN 38135)
    • October 8-12, 7am to 6pm
    • Check out the day camp and enjoy arts and crafts, active and passive games, sports and all kinds of activities to keep your child entertained and safe.
    • $125 for one week or $30 per day
  • Grizzlies Youth Basketball Clinic
    • FedEx Forum (191 Beale St)
    • October 12th only, 1:30pm to 3:30pm
    • Boys and girls ages 7-16
    • Each registered attendee will also receive two game tickets to the Grizzlies vs. Pelicans preseason matchup at 7 p.m. that same day.

  • Fall Break LEGO Robotics 4 Day Camp

    • How would you like to turn your next Lego creation into a robot, programmed to do exactly what you tell it to do? The Bricks 4 Kidz Junior Robotics camp offers all the fun of building with LEGO Bricks, plus the challenge of computer programming! Using drag-and drop, icon-based software, the WeDo 2.0 software introduces the world of computer programming and robotics that will equip children to succeed in a technology-based marketplace. *Robotics certificate at the end of the week. *Snack provided

  • Lichterman Nature Center Fall Break STEM Camp
    • 5992 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN 38119
    • October 8 – 12, 9am to 3:15pm
    • Grab a lab coat and experiment with nature at the Lichterman Nature Center. Meet live animals and hike in nature while participating in true experimental science. Discover why leaves change colors in the fall. Figure out “who ate the sandwich” by using forensic techniques to catch the culprit. Engineer the best contraption to protect the egg before the BIG drop from the observation deck. Gross out by making slime and dissecting owl pellets. Meet a scientist from a different STEM field every day.
    • Open to campers in grades 3-8. Grades 7-8 will participate in an advanced STEM camp.
    • Daily options available for $36.
    • Pink Palace Museum members – $170/week with before care ($25) and after care ($50)
    • Non-Members – $180/week with before care ($36) and after care ($68)
    • Before and after care is available:
      • Before care 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
      • After care 3:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
