Generational differences have always been a factor in the workplace, but with the pandemic that sparked work from home, varied approaches to returning back to office, and ideas like burnout and “quiet quitting” at the forefront, Millennials and Gen Z have more say in workforce decisions than ever before. So just how do we approach that work-life balance and what does the future of the “office” look like? The Deloitte Global 2022 Gen Z and Millennial Survey, appropriately titled “Striving for balance, advocating for change” could provide some ideas.
