Winter Solstice Ecstatic Dance

Get ready to dance… It’s almost SOLSTICE again ✨

Katie & Gillian’s Winter Solstice Ceremony, Meditation & Ecstatic Dance will be a magical evening of connection, community, celebration, and renewal as we honor the longest night of the year and welcome the return of the light.

✨ Ceremony: We will begin by grounding and setting intentions via herbal tea and crystal infused essential oils, followed by playful guided warm ups to help break the ice.

🎶 Ecstatic: Let the rhythms move you as we explore authentic embodiment, ecstasy, release, & renewal through free form movement, re-wilding, playfulness and dance.

❄️Closing: Relax and enjoy a guided Winter Solstice Meditation allowing for deep rest, relaxation, and renewal.
