Whiskey Pairing Dinner

Join us for a whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our in-house whiskey connoisseur DJ Naylor. With three rare whiskeys carefully selected by DJ and Celtic General Manager Nick, paired with a three-course menu thoughtfully created by Celtic Executive Chef Max Williams and Bog & Barley Sous Chef Meredith Clinton, you’re sure to have a wonderful evening at the pub. Tickets are $75 each and do not include gratuity.

Featured whiskeys include:

Redbreast 15– Made exclusively of pot still whiskeys and matured in oak cask for 15 years. (80 proof)

Keeper’s Heart Sauternes Barrel – A blend of Irish and American whiskey finished in Sauternes barrels. Now distilled by former Middleton distiller Brian Nation, who is the first distiller to leave Middleton before retiring.

Fercullen Falls Zamora – A blend of malt and grain whiskeys, with a high malt content that highlights the unique style of the Powerscourt Distillery. Matures in first-fill, ex-bourbon barrels and new heavy oak casks.
