Vet Tech Workshops for Teens at the Humane Society
Is your child interested in veterinary medicine? Our Vet Tech Workshops are back on May 10!
This is ideal for older kids who want to learn more about our lifesaving work. This two-hour workshop will introduce kids to the world of shelter veterinary medicine. Participants will tour our facility, meet our shelter pets, and learn all about a day in the life of a veterinary technician. This experience is meant to provide your student with a fun education experience, the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County does not teach to certify.
The $75 workshop will have two sessions:
SOLD OUT session 1, ages 12-14, 10am – 12am
Register for session 2, ages 15-17, 12pm to 2pm
