Yoga is a form of movement that focuses on the breath while stretching the muscles, improving posture and flexibility, and working on balance. Pilates is a form of movement that also focuses on the breath while strengthening the entire region of the core and toning the glutes, lower back, legs, and arms. You will feel the entire body burn in this fun, low impact workout. Join us each Monday for a rotating yoga and Pilates workout.
