The Mid-South Korean BBQ Festival

🍖🥩🥟The Mid-South Korean BBQ Festival, AKA “Korean BBQ Fest,” is a backyard cooking competition of both American Traditional BBQ (think Memphis in May BBQ Fest) AND Korean BBQ (honoring South Korea, Memphis in May’s Saluted Country for 2025) that will celebrate the culinary excellence & variety of the breadth of BBQ cuisine via a multi-category, juried food competition!

💥👨‍🍳WE ARE ACCEPTING COMPETITION TEAM APPLICATIONS UNTIL ****APRIL 8TH!****Team fee is $150. You do not have to be Korean or a restaurant to participate. Please see ticketing link for more information about the competition!

You must have a ticket to attend! Tickets start at $15

$15 General Admission
$50 Early Entry, includes UNLIMITED beer, seltzers, and sours, plus a parking spot

What to expect:
– 20+ competition teams competing for a $1,500 cash prize with many samples for you to try!
– Korean Dancing from the Korean Association of Memphis
– Other snacks & drinks for-purchase!
