The Essence of Meditation 4- Week Series
A unique meditation class that is multi-layered to allow the student to explore several meditative practices and states of mindfulness. Exploring what’s more accessible or not for their new or existing practice to connect and deepen mindfulness.
Each week’s class would include intention, guided meditation, personal reflections, and lessons.
New to meditation or practicing for a long time, all are welcome and encouraged to engage in this class. Bring a yoga mat or a pillow to sit on, anything you feel would help you personalize your space for comfort, and please wear something comfortable.
