Super Saturday – Mindfulness

Take a mindful pause at the Brooks with this special Super Saturday. Discover neurographic art — a relaxing process of drawing organic, flowing lines that help reduce stress and promote creativity. After your art-making session, wander the galleries to find works that invite reflection and peace. Super Saturday is free, family-friendly, and open to all from 10 AM to 12 PM — the perfect way to start your weekend with intention.

Super Saturday takes place every week during the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art free hours from 10a-12p. Guests can enjoy drop in art making and curated gallery guides to give them a closer look at the art on view. All ages are welcome! Please register in advance.
