Super Saturday – Hispanic Heritage Month: Mexican Alebrijes

Step into the fantastical world of Alebrijes! Inspired by the colorful creatures dreamed up by Mexican artist Pedro Linares, this Super Saturday invites you to design your own 3D model animal using bright paint pens. Let your imagination run wild as you honor this vibrant tradition during Hispanic Heritage Month. Super Saturday is free and open every Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM — drop in and create something magical!

Super Saturday takes place every week during the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art free hours from 10a-12p. Guests can enjoy drop in art making and curated gallery guides to give them a closer look at the art on view. All ages are welcome! Please register in advance.
