Super Sabado: Dia de los Muertos Community Workshop

Interested in learning more about Dia de los Muertos? Join us on Saturday, October 11 from 10:00 – 12:00p for a FREE workshop organized in partnership with Cazateatro. Participants will learn more about the culture and traditions behind Dia de los Muertos. In particular, you’ll have the chance to learn about and create the elements of a traditional ofrenda (altar) during this exciting workshop.

Super Saturday takes place every week during the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art free hours from 10a-12p. Guests can enjoy drop in art making and curated gallery guides to give them a closer look at the art on view. All ages are welcome! Please register in advance.
