Spring Flicker Fest at Urban Earth Nursery

Kick off spring at Urban Earth Nursery with a celebration of changing seasons, our wonderful customers and staff, and our community partners. There will be food trucks, live music, activities for kids, demonstrations, giveaways, and 10% off everything in store!

Free live music starts at 11:30 with Jeff Hulett followed by Devil Train at 1:30. Come out to enjoy great music in a beautiful setting among the spring flowers.

Food trucks Kale Yeah It’s Vegan and Stick’Em will be parked out front with delicious food for sale. Free beverages are provided including complimentary beer courtesy of Crosstown Brewing Co.

Bring the kids to enjoy activities for all ages! Our staff will have free kids’ activities including seed paper making 11-noon and seed-starting 1:30-2pm. Don’t miss your chance at facepainting 11-1pm. Staff of Memphis Public Libraries will provide kids’ music and stories from 12:30-1:30pm. The Brooks Museum of Art will be making thumbprint trees with kids 11-3pm. You may even leave with a balloon animal!

Come say hello to a variety of local community partners. Midtown Bramble and Bloom will host a flower seed swap 11-12:30. Real Good Dog Rescue will have adoptable dogs on site 11-3pm. Connect with local organizations like Memphis Master Gardeners, Experience Memphis Gardens, Atlas Organics, The Levitt Shell, and The Works, Inc. Support nonprofits like Out of the Woods Wildlife Rescue and  The V&E Greenline.
