Join Sound Fuzion at The Grove at GPAC for a unique outdoor concert event. This beautiful, inviting and accessible space is nestled under a canopy of trees, offering concerts goers a one of a kind experience.

Enjoy SoundFuzion, food trucks, and corn hole, all in the beautiful, park-like setting of The Grove’s lawn. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Outside food and drinks are permitted at Concerts in The Grove. Gates open at 5:30 PM.

Sound Fuzion is a sixteen-piece commercial band formed and founded at the University of Memphis. Sound Fuzion is a well-rounded ensemble replicating popular music’s sound and energy, comprising eight vocalists, a rhythm section, a horn section, and two engineers. The vocalists, backed by a skilled instrumental ensemble, deliver captivating renditions of Top 40 hits, R&B classics, hip-hop beats, rock anthems, and country favorites.

Sound Fuzion, the flagship popular/commercial music ensemble of the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music, represents the University of Memphis as musical ambassadors throughout the country. This dynamic touring ensemble brings their electrifying performances to audiences of thousands each year, showcasing their versatility and talent in popular music genres.

Over the years, Sound Fuzion has helped enhance and cultivate artists, including Jordan Occasionally, Kyndle Wylde, The PRVLG, Jessica Ray, and The Band Camino.
