Sound Bath Meditation with Matt Petty

Join sound therapist Matt Petty for a Sound Bath experience 2nd Saturdays at 2pm.

Matt, a certified sound therapist, will lead us in a meditative sound experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. This is an immersive, intentional experience.

Chair seating is available, or you may want to bring a blanket or yoga mat if you would like to lay down or get cold during meditation. Space limited to 30 people.

This session is open to anyone 16 & over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No late entry once the experience has begun.
