SamAngel Downtown Art Gallery Opening!

Native Memphian and self-taught artist Angela Sampson will display her mixed-media artwork in a new art gallery, located at 10 S. Main Suite 100 in the heart of Downtown Memphis as part of the OPEN ON MAIN initiative in partnership with The Downtown Memphis Commission.

Angela Sampson’s art is bold, colorful and full of emotions. Her pieces invite the eyes to dance around the canvas finding hidden treasures, shapes and forms.  In each piece you will find a story, a song or even pennies in the case of her piece, Decisions, Head or Tail.

One of her most recognizable pieces, Rhapsodic, a large 3 piece work of art that features a wide mix of textured acrylics and heated Lutradur media sheets, will be on display as a feast for the eyes during the GRAND OPENING on SATURDAY MAY 28th from 4-9pm – FREE ADMISSION
