
Robert Burns Night
Join us for Robert Burns Night on Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. to celebrate the life and work of the great bard. The evening includes a three-course meal, whisky cocktail, bagpiper performances and more. Traditional Scottish attire encouraged. Tickets are $80 (staff tip not included) and include:
- Welcome whisky cocktail
- Three-course dinner (menu below)
- Bagpiper performances throughout the evening
- Reciting of “Address to a Haggis,” “Tam O’ Shanter”, “Red Red Rose” and others
- Whisky toast to Robert Burns
TRADITIONAL BURNS SUPPER
1ST COURSE
COCK-A-LEEKIE SOUP: Roasted chicken soup, leeks, carrots, toasted barley, peas, fresh herbs
2ND COURSE
HOMEMADE LAMB HAGGIS: Chef’s take on Scottish haggis with spiced group lamb, chicken livers and oats, served with neeps and tatties (mashed rutabagas and mashed potatoes), whisky cream sauce
3RD COURSE
ORANGE AND RASPBERRY CRANACHAN: Smashed raspberries and orange served with whipped toasted oats, drambuie yogurt cream, toasted almonds
