Raising Memphis Together: Family Wellness Summit

Porter-Leath and the Early Success Coalition invite families to Raising Memphis Together: Family Wellness Summit, a free community event focused on maternal health, family support and meaningful connection.

The summit will take place Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Porter-Leath Early Childhood Academy in South Memphis, located at 628 Alice Ave., Memphis, TN 38106.

Families can connect with doulas, health professionals, community organizations and family-focused service providers while learning about maternal health resources, mom and baby support, advocacy opportunities and other programs available to support children and families. The event will also feature giveaways, door prizes, DJ and music, games, activities, snacks and treats.

A featured Breastfeeding Basics & Support session will be held from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Attendees who participate in the full 30-minute session will be entered for a chance to win a car seat or a $50 gift card. Additional sessions and resource opportunities will be available throughout the day.

The summit will also include an advocacy postcard station where attendees can share their voices on issues impacting families across Tennessee.
