A tequila tasting hosted by Casa Herradura brand ambassador Mariana Esquinca. Born in Guadalajara, Esquinca has over a decade of experience in the tequila industry. As Global Education Manager for Tequila Herradura, she acts as a storyteller for Casa Herradura’a 150+ years of tequila-making tradition and product expert for Mexico’s most renowned tequila brand.

- Tequila Tasting: “Peabody Select” Double Barrel Reposado, Silver, Ultra, Selección Suprema
- A tequila infused 4-course menu created by Chef Keith Clinton and Executive Pastry Chef Konrad Spitzbart
Starts at 6pm (This progressive event begins with a tequila tasting in the Hernando de Soto room on the Mezzanine followed by dinner in Chez Philippe.)
