National S’mores Day

Did you know Girl Scouts of the USA is credited with publishing the very first s’mores recipe? Join us on August 8th as we celebrate National S’mores Day with a morning full of sweet treats, friendship, and fun!

Girl Scouts (and non-Girl Scouts!), families & friends are invited to enjoy this FREE, all-ages, come-and-go event featuring marshmallow roasting, games, and creative s’more-themed SWAPS to make and share with fellow Girl Scouts. Bring a friend along and help us celebrate one of the most iconic campfire traditions!

Stop by to kick off the 2026-27 Girl Scout year, connect with new and familiar faces, and enjoy a delicious s’more while making lasting memories together. It’s the perfect way to celebrate summer, friendship, and all things Girl Scouts!
