Metal Museum Whet Thursday: Dog Days of Summer on Aug. 25

Every dog will have its day at the Metal Museum on Thursday, Aug. 25, for an event made especially for them.

Dog Days of Summer is the highly anticipated, often begged-for culmination of the Museum’s Whet Thursday public event series for 2022.

Well-behaved and socialized doggies who are up to date on their vaccinations are invited to bring their leashes along with their humans to the party, which will be from 6-8 p.m. on the grounds of the Museum.

As with all the Museum’s Whet Thursday events, there will be a food truck—this time from El Mero Taco, refreshments from Tipsy Tumbler and a sweet treat from Mempops, which will bring its special pup pops. Rock/pop band Hurricane Elvis will be delivering the entertainment.
