Join Memphis Parks and the City of Memphis—in collaboration with the Downtown Memphis Commission, Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, and Oak View Group—for an Independence Day festival and the official City fireworks show in Liberty Park on Thursday, July 3rd, from 5-9 p.m.
