Memphis Habitat Procurement Bid Meeting

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis extends this Invitation to Bid on certain items and services for new home construction in 2025. This project is funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee. Habitat will utilize both private and public funding sources including but not limited to the Tennessee Department of Health. 

Habitat will abide by all federal, state, and local procurement guidelines set forth. Applicable city, state, and federal regulations such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246, may be required. Awardees of bids must agree to comply with all applicable grant requirements. Memphis Habitat accepts bids on an ongoing basis.

Memphis Habitat will host a hybrid in-person/Zoom meeting open to interested vendors, general contractors, subcontractors, home repair companies, and licensed home inspectors on Monday, March 12 at 11 a.m. at the Memphis Habitat offices at 7136 Winchester Road.
