Memphis’ Army of Normal Folks Service Event at Green Leaf Learning Farm

Memphis’ Army of Normal Folks is a fun, community-centric service club that believes our country’s problems won’t be solved by fancy people in suits in DC, but by normal folks just doing what we can.  Our goal is to eliminate the barriers to service.

We believe that some of the best community happens when people just show up and work alongside each other. Green Leaf Learning Farm in Soulsville is a space where neighbors grow food, build relationships, and invest in their community together. On March 28th, Memphis’ Army of Normal Folks will be there for our first Army Activation.  Join us for a morning of hands-on work: weeding, preparing garden beds, light planting, and general beautification of the space.  This day is especially meaningful because we’ll be serving alongside KnowledgeQuest families, doing something simple and good together. That’s exactly what we’re here for. Come as you are. Bring your kids and friends.
