LifeTime LifePower Yoga Summer Solstice Festival

LifeTime Collierville is hosting its annual Summer Solstice Yoga Festival on Friday, June 20, featuring a full day of unique yoga experiences open to all levels. The schedule includes 108 Sun Salutations at 6:00 AM (outdoor pool deck), Ashtanga 75 at 8:30 AM, Root to Surrender at 11:00 AM, Aqua Yoga at 3:00 PM (indoor pool), Silent Disco Flow at 5:30 PM ($25), and Floating Yoga Nidra with Sound Bowls from 7:00–9:00 PM ($35). While all classes without a price are free for LifeTime members and their guests, the two paid classes are open to members and non members!
