Lichterman Talk & Walk Series – Purple Martins

We’ve expanded our popular outdoor talk & walk series to extend throughout the year. Each talk & walk will focus on a seasonally appropriate topic followed by a guided walk exploring the trails of Lichterman Nature Center.

May 14, 21 & 28 – Purple Martins Purple Martins have returned to the colony at Lichterman Nature Center. During this walk, we will check in on the colony and take a walk around the lake to try and see these acrobatic birds.

Please dress for the weather – programs are conducted rain or shine.
