Legacy On The River

Legacy on the River is an upscale, adults-only evening on the Mississippi River celebrating the heart, resilience, and collective power of Memphis. Set against Downtown’s iconic skyline, this riverboat experience brings together live entertainment, elevated vibes, and community connection,  all in support of a powerful cause.

Hosted by Legacy of Legends CDC, the event supports the expansion of trauma-informed youth programming and the development of a transformative youth facility designed to create safe, supportive spaces where young people can grow, heal, and thrive.

The evening will honor community partners whose leadership and service continue to move Memphis forward, including the YMCA of the Mid-South, Memphis Business Academy, Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Inc., Memphis Allies, and the Tennessee Valley Authority. Each honoree represents a shared commitment to education, innovation, and long-term community impact.

Legacy on the River is more than an afternoon out, it’s a celebration of collaboration, culture, and intentional investment in Memphis’ future. Guests can expect an elegant atmosphere, stunning riverfront views, and a room full of people who love Downtown Memphis and believe in showing up for the city they call home.
