Jeff Koons: One Ball Total Equilibrium

Basketball meets art at the Children’s Museum of Memphis! Get ready to experience artistic presentation in a brand-new way with Jeff Koons’ iconic act of physics and expression, “One Ball Total Equilibrium.” Through creativity, science and math, Koons created an installation featuring a basketball suspended perfectly in space. Young learners are invited to view the tank, explore the concepts that make it possible with hands-on activities, adjacent touch-screen programming and a series of guest speakers. 

Daily activities include still life drawing of One Ball Total Equilibrium and the opportunity to design your child’s own team jersey.
