HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM “IN” FOR AN EVENT?
When you RSVP for a Yelp Event, you’ll receive an automatic receipt. If you’re in, you’ll receive a separate confirmation e-mail from the CM at a later time notifying that you’re on the official guest list. Auto-generated receipt emails are not confirmation emails. Please make sure your Yelp email settings are turned on so you receive the event details and confirmation. If you do not see an email, please check your spam for an email from memphis@yelp.com.
How to sign up for emails via mobile: open your Yelp app, click the “more” tab, click “settings,” click “email notifications,” and ensure the first option “receive emails from Yelp” is turned on.
How to sign up for emails via desktop: click the icon with your profile photo in the top right corner of the page, click “account settings” from the drop-down list, click on “email/notifications,” log in again just to confirm it’s you, change/edit your email address if necessary, check the first box titled “receive emails from Yelp,” and hit “save.”
