Kris will lead participants through an exclusive watercolor painting experience that utilizes the therapeutic qualities of florals to spark joy and self-discovery.
Black Seeds’ founder and ethno-botanist Bobby Rich will also help participants explore the herbal benefits of each flower, while sharing historical context for floral remedies within our community. Each watercolor flower will be paired with herbal teas provided by Midsouth Coffee and Tea Co.
Kris’ swift flow of painting focuses on the release of endorphins while she calmly imparts beginner water coloring technique. Through sharing the discoveries of her own journey, Kris cultivates a uniquely luxurious practice that both uncovers and deepens intra-personal understandings of creativity, healing, and reflection in order to improve overall wellness.
