The documentary feature centers on the unexpected collaboration of two artists from different disciplines and generations. Inksap is a first-generation Vietnamese American in his twenties who channels his pain and history in his street art, while Linda is a stateswoman in her seventies who is accomplished in the realm of modern dance. Together, they run around Los Angeles, putting their art in buildings while evading the authorities’ prying eyes.
