Be a part of our 2023 5k race series to help benefit the Harwood Center and other local non-profits in the Memphis area. This year will be our third annual race series with our partners, Memphis Civitan and SRVS.
The Harwood Dash for DisABILITIES is one of the largest fundraisers for the Harwood center and helps to provide services for children in the local Memphis area. All registered in-person 5K participants will receive the following:
- Race shirt
- Custom finisher medal
- Family fun event
Ghost Runners have the ability to post 5K times to our virtual results page and will receive a race shirt.

Celebrating Abilities Race Event Series (CARES)
We are excited to announce the 3rd annual C.A.R.E.S SERIES!
The Memphis Civitan, Harwood Center and SRVS have partnered to form the Celebrating Abilities Race Event Series (CARES). Complete all three races (Frosty 5k, Dash for Disabilities and the Bunny Run) and you will have a chance to win Series Prizes and three awesome medals that combined make one amazing medal!
