Halloween Hike at the Garden

Halloween Hike is a safe, daytime alternative to traditional door-to-door trick or treating with stops for treats, hands-on activities, learning opportunities, and more. Thanks to Cazateatro Bilingual Theatre Group, DeMolay Tennessee, Ducks Unlimited, Girl Scouts Heart of the South, Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County, International Order of Rainbow Girls, Komics 4 Kids, Memphis Zoo, The Memphis Museum of Science & History, Nonconnah Creek Conservancy, Pinecrest, Playhouse on the Square, Tennis Memphis, TN Voices, and Wild Ones Mid-South Chapter.

Attendees are encouraged to come in costume, bring their favorite trick-or-treating pail or bag and hang out with friendly Halloween characters, such as Professor Fang, Princess Sassafras, and special guests from Playhouse on the Square’s production of Wizard of Oz, as they say hello along the way. Plus don’t miss family friendly live music by Andrew Best and food trucks Just Wraps, Fry Guys, Donut NV, and more will be on-site for a picnic lunch.
