Join Margaret with Renew Myofascial Release the first Saturday or each month for this Intro to the Fascial System & MFR. Learn about the fascia system, how it’s affecting your everyday life and how to treat the 2nd largest sensory organ often associated with pain – The fascia! In this workshop you will also learn various Myofascial stretching techniques to aid you in listening to, feeling and taking care of your body, from muscle soreness to debilitating back pain and headaches.

Duration: 1 hour workshop. Then stay afterwards as Margaret will provide hands-on 10-15 min personalized demos for the following hour and half.
