Create and Heal: A Guided Painting Experience
Join us for creativity, connection, and healing at Thistle & Bee’s “Create & Heal”–a guided watercolor painting experience led by our own Clinical Director, Dr. Susan Elswick, a talented local artist and dedicated advocate for trauma-informed healing.
Date: Saturday, March 29th, 2025
Location: Thistle & Bee, 3092 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN
Times:
• Session 1: 1-3pm (Mocktails and Tasty Treats. No alcohol. Guests 13 and up are welcome with an accompanying adult. All guests must have a paid seat to attend.)
• Session 2: 5-7pm (Mocktails, Cocktails, and Tasty Treats)
At Thistle & Bee, we believe in the power of art as a tool for healing and self-expression. This special evening is designed to provide a safe, supportive space where attendees can explore creativity while learning about the impact of trauma-informed care in our programming. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just looking to try something new, this event is for you!

Ticket Pricing
• Session 1: $45 (includes all painting materials, cocktails, and finger foods)
• Session 2: $65 (includes all painting materials, cocktails, mocktails, and finger foods)

Cancellation Policy
• No refunds due to the custom nature of the class.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a credit for a future class within 60 days. Please email info@thistleandbee.org to cancel.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit their reservation payment.
• Seats are transferable–please notify us at least 3 hours prior to class if transferring to another attendee.
