Comedian Mo Alexander headlines a Friday show at Flyway Comedy Club
Flyway Comedy Club showcases the funniest touring and local underground comedians we can find to Memphis audiences the last weekend of every month, and, in this special FRIDAY edition of the show, we’ve got local legend Mo Alexander (Comedy Central, Stand Up! Records) closing out. Hosted by Charlie Vergos and featuring Compton Smith and a tba lineup of other strange creatures we’ve seen be funny in other bars around the city, this’ll be a fun night of stand-up you should experience the way it was meant to be experience–live and in-person. Come have a drink and laugh at dumb stuff with us!
Show starts 8, Doors at 7. Tickets are $10 online, but $15 at the door, so get them in advance!

Mo began doing standup in 1996 and was headlining by 1999. He’s since released 5 albums, (including the only stand-up album to ever be recording at Sun Studios), toured with Keenan Ivory Wayans, and headlined several dozen clubs nationwide, such as Comedy Works, Stardome, and Stand Up Live, and even had a residency at the Casino Royale in Las Vegas.
