
Celtic Crossing Whiskey Pairing Dinner
Join us for a whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our fearless leader DJ Naylor and head chef Reny Alfonso! With three rare whiskeys carefully selected by DJ, paired with a three-course menu thoughtfully created by Reny, you’re sure to have a wonderful evening at the pub.

1st Whisky – Tamdhu 12-Year Scotch, Scotland: Another gem from Speyside, Scotland dedicated to 100% sherry cask aging
1st Course – Croquetas de Jamon: Sweet Ham Croquettes, Shaved Apple-Fennel Salad, Manchego Cheese, Sherry Vinaigrette
2nd Whiskey – Masterson’s 10-Year-Old Rye, Canada: A whisky distilled in Canada by Alberta Distillers and matured in virgin charred oak barrels
2nd Course – Bacalao en Aceite de Oliva: Olive Oil Poached Cod, Smoked Paprika-Chickpea Stew, Baby Spinach, Preserved Lemon, Garlic Aioli
3rd Whiskey – Nomad Outland Whiskey, Spain: Technically not a Scotch as it is “born in Scotland and raised in Spain.” Nomad Outland is a blend of around 30 malt and grain whiskies from the Speyside region of Scotland.
3rd Course – Crema Catalana: Brûléed Catalan Custard with Lemon and Cinnamon, Dried Currant Cornmeal Cookie
