Celtic Crossing Whiskey Pairing Dinner
Join us for a whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our in-house whiskey connoisseur DJ Naylor. With three rare whiskeys carefully selected by DJ and paired with a three-course menu thoughtfully curated by Chef Reny Alfonso and Chef Darius Hudson, you’re sure to have a wonderful evening at the pub. We pride ourselves on not repeating whiskeys in our lineup and always seek very exclusive and highly rated whiskeys from around the world.

Uisce beatha Aon
- Duck Confit Croquettes – herb salad, pistachios, sour cherry-red wine demi-glace
- High N’ Wicked No. 4 “Aeneas Coffey” – named after Aeneas Coffey, the inventor of the Coffey still. At 100 proof, this is a standout in the Irish whiskey category and a must-try for any whiskey enthusiast. It is fruity, buttery and features notes of golden raisins, grain, apricots and molasses.
Uisce beatha Dha
- Pan-Roasted Redfish – spiced coconut risotto, carmelized pineapple relish
- The Balvenie French Oak 16 Year – released in 2022 and finished in casks that previously held wine from the French Charentes vineyards, it is a sought-after Scotch whiskey and features notes of strawberry, grass, honey, citrus, allspice and graham cracker.
Uisce beatha Tri
- Bananas Foster Tiramisu – rum-soaked lady fingers, mascarpone cream, spiced bananas in caramel
- Blanton’s Straight from the Barrel – no filtering, no proofing, simply dumped and bottled. The third version was created after the original 93 proof and gold 103 proof. This cask-strength bourbon is beloved amongst connoisseurs and includes notes of raisins, vanilla, toffee, honey, straw and pepper.
