Catlayst for Change: Building Black Wealth

Join the National Civil Rights Museum for the in-person and virtual panel, “Building Black Wealth: Past, Present, & Future,” as part of its Catalyst for Change Series. The discussion will focus on economic empowerment and dive into the history of structural racism and the systems that create wealth disparities between Black Americans and other communities.  

Panelists include:

  • Jozelle Booker, President & CEO of Mid-South Minority Business Council Continuum
  • Dr. Charles McKinney, Director, Africana Studies, Rhodes College
  • Erik Stevenson, Economic Research Analyst, Greater Memphis Chamber
