EVENT DETAILS: This is a big year for the Campbell Clinic Foundation, celebrating 75 years of education, research, outreach and patient care. This fall fundraiser, formerly known as Footprints in Motion, takes place Friday, October 21 at the FedEx Event Center and will include fabulous hors d’oeuvres, libations, live auction, and music from the Stax Alumni Band. Dress up to party down! The more sparkle, the better! Gala proceeds will fuel community outreach that makes orthopaedic care available to everyone. Specifically, proceeds will help to:
- Fund medical mission trips that give Campbell residents opportunities to provide medical care and training to impoverished communities in developing countries
- Expand the Center of Excellence for Cerebral Palsy Care & Research at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital to give hundreds of CP patients a “one-stop shop” for comprehensive care and family support, and
- Facilitate outreach programs to improve patients’ access to orthopaedic care and inspire and train the next generation of orthopaedic leaders
Tickets are on sale NOW. Leading up to the event, the silent auction will be available online from October 18-21 and will include opportunities to bid on everything from one-of-a kind outdoor adventures to coveted bourbon to artwork and spa experiences. Registration begins October 11 and bidding begins October 18. Raffle tickets for a chance to win amazing prizes will also soon be on sale.
