Bog and Barley Whiskey Pairing Dinner
Join us on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 7-9 p.m., for a whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our in-house whiskey connoisseur DJ Naylor. With three rare whiskeys selected by DJ that are paired with as many dishes thoughtfully curated by Chef Reny Alfonso, you’re sure to have a wonderful evening.

The night’s featured pairings include:
First course:
- Jefferson’s Tropics Aged in Humidity (Kentucky) – notes of vanilla, caramel, pepper, summer fruits, tobacco, brown sugar, butter, hot spices
- Bacon-Wrapped Gulf Shrimp – braised turnip greens, sour apple chutney
Second course:
- High West A Midwinter Night’s Dram (Utah) – notes of red wine, fig jam, vanilla custard, leather, burnt sugar, port
- Newman Farm Pork Tenderloin – stewed red lentils, fried shallots, roasted grape-pork jus
Third course:
- Russell’s Reserve 15-Year-Old (Kentucky) – notes of fall spices, molasses, coffee, oak, cocoa, dried fruits
- Clementine-Butter Pound Cake – white chocolate semifreddo, lemon basil syrup
