Black Resilience/Black Perspective: I Matter/We Matter (An Exhibition/A Discussion)
In the face of present-day challenges of social and economic inequalities, the whitewashing of the teaching of Black History in the United States’ educational systems, the appropriation of and the vaguing of the lines defining Black culture and Black heritage, we honor, despite these modern-day tests, the daily and historical presence and resilience of black excellence.
