Baptist Memorial Health Care to host Heart and Soul: A Men’s Wellness Collective

Baptist Memorial Health Care will host Heart & Soul: A Men’s Wellness Collective to inform, educate and inspire men to be proactive with their mental health. During this free event, participants will have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions and hear from health care professionals, mental health care providers, community organizations and expert speakers. The Grizz Girls and Grizzlies Grannies & Grandpas will be at the event along with actress Elise Neal, actor Da’Vinchi and celebrity guest speakers Michael Jai and Gillian White. Attendees can visit various vendor booths, receive free health screenings and qualify for giveaways and door prizes.
