Artist Talk with Pam Hassler

Pam Hassler is a Memphis-based artist that paints bold and vibrant landscapes. Having trained as an enamellist at Memphis College of Art, Pam’s painting process involves applying transparent and opaque layers to blend colors and create a sense of depth.

“Imagined landscapes and forms appear in my dreams as well as while I listen to music. The layering and blending allow me to create a sense of mystery in these compositions which I think of as dreamscapes.”
